  • That Rabbit Belongs to Emily Brown - Crissida Cowell & Neal Layton
"“You take that brand-new teddy bear and you play with him all day . . . Hold him very tight and be sure to have lots of adventures.”

Emily Brown and her toy bunny Stanley are quite busy with their various adventures, from scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef to riding their motorcycles through the Sahara Desert. So it's no wonder Emily is annoyed when Queen Glorianna the Third keeps interrupting their escapades to offer nameless toys in exchange for Stanley. The Queen will send the Army, the Navy, the Air Force and finally her special commandos to kidnap the bunny. Emily marches into the palace to teach the Queen a lesson on what makes a real toy. "That Rabbit Belongs to Emily Brown" is a humorous and whimsical tale of loyalty, perseverance and "true toy love".
