The purpose of this music subject page is to help you to identify online and print resources available at University of Ottawa Library and on the web. From here, you will be able to find links to the key music and multidisciplinary databases, journals, and reference books, as well as links to resources on how to do research and write papers.

The Music Library houses an extensive collection of printed music, audiovisual, sound recordings, books andreference works. The majority of books about music, including reference works, indexes and periodicals are located at theMorisset Library. There is a separate room for audio-visual presentations, a soundproof cubicle with a piano, several stations equiped with audio facilities and work tables of varying sizes. Laptops with keyboards are also available for loan.
